Gajar Barfi will make your day yummier

Let's know how to make carrot barfi -

Ingredients:

Carrot - 500 gm, Mawa - 250 gm, sugar - 1 cup, cashew powder - 1/2 cups, ghee - 2 teaspoons, cashews - 10, pistachios - 10, green cardamom - 6, full cream milk - 1 cup

Methods:

1- First peel the carrots and grate the carrots.

2- Now cook this chopped carrot in warm milk and cook it well.

3-Carrot will absorb all the milk after cooking. Then add some ghee on top and cook it for a while and then cook it.

4- Now add sugar to it and cook it well.

5- Now add mawa and mix it in milk and carrot mixture. And keep cooking until dry.

6- When these mixtures are good, then add powdered cardamom powder and cashew nuts to it.

7- Now apply ghee in a plate and spread it well. And put the prepared mixture into it. Then put cashew pistachios on top and leave it for a while.

8- Your carrot's Barfi is ready; now you have to cut it in your favorite shape.
