The Germany men's hockey team reached Bhubaneswar, Odisha on Tuesday for the 2021-22 FIH Pro Hockey League matches against India on 14 and 15 April. Hockey India, in a tweet on Tuesday afternoon, shared photos of the German team arriving at the Bhubaneswar airport. It is noteworthy that Hockey India on Monday announced a 22-member Indian men's team for the FIH Pro Hockey League double-header matches against Germany. The double header matches are scheduled to be played here on April 14 and 15 at the prestigious Kalinga Stadium. Amit Rohidas is going to captain the team and Harmanpreet Singh is going to take over as the vice captain. It is noteworthy that the Indian team is already practicing in Bhubaneswar. This week against Germany is the last leg of the Indian team's home matches this year.
