New Delhi: On Friday, in the last trading session of the week, there is a slight strengthening in gold prices in futures trading. On October 5, 2020, the price of delivery gold on Multi Commodity Exchange i.e. MCX was trading at Rs 50,975 per 10 grams at 11:27 am, rising by Rs 73, or 0.14 per cent. In the previous session, the closing price of gold for the October contract was Rs 50,902 per 10 grams. Similarly, the gold price of December 4, 2020 contract was up by Rs 80, ie 0.16 per cent, at Rs 51,234 per 10 grams. In the previous session, the closing price of gold in gold was Rs 51,154 per 10 grams in December. Like gold in futures trading, the price of silver is also looking strong. On September 4, 2020, silver for delivery was trading at Rs 65,670 per kg, up by Rs 480, or 0.74 per cent. In the previous session, the silver price for the September contract was Rs 65,190 per kg. Silver for December contract was trading at Rs 68,380 per kg, up by Rs 451, or 0.66 per cent. In the previous session, the silver price in December was Rs 67,929 per kg.
