Green Sprout Pulao is a healthy meal

Let's know how to make green sprouts pulao: 

Materials required (for 4 people): Boiled Mixed Sprouts (Moong, Chana etc.) - 1 cup Ripe brown rice - 2 cups Oil - 2 Tablespoons Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup  

Materials needed for green chutney: Chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup Choppedmint leaves - 1/2 cup Chopped ginger - 1 tsp Finely chopped chili - 2 Garlicbud - 4 Lemon juice - 1 spoon Salt - according to taste 

Recipe: To make green chutney, mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a little water and grind it into the grinder. And heat oil in nonstick pan.

Add onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Put coriander and mint chutney and mix well. Now add mixed sprouts and cook it for a few seconds on a low flame.

Now add brown rice and mix it well. Cook on medium flame for 3-4 seconds. And turn off the gas. Now your green sprouts pulao is ready. Serve hot withlow fat curd.
