Big news for H-1B visa holders, Trump releases new conditions

Washington: The Trump administration has granted relief in orders related to H-1B visas. Now H-1B visa holders will come to America but the administration has also put some conditions. Apart from this, if you are coming back for your old job, then only you are going to be allowed to come. The administration also allowed travel to those visa holders who are in the scientific, public health or healthcare professions. According to the information, on June 22, President Trump banned by the end of this year due to a coronavirus epidemic.

According to the advisory issued by the Foreign Ministry, "Due to visa restrictions from the US, citizens leaving the job can come back and their dependents i.e. children and spouse have also been issued entry orders." The US Department of Foreign Affairs has told that if H-1B visa holders want to come back to pursue their jobs with the same company with whom they were previously associated with the sanctions, they were ordered to return.

According to the information, on June 22, US President Trump announced the suspension of H1-B visa for this year which was seen as a major setback for the IT professionals of the world including India. After this new decision, the US administration has made the visa ban optional, allowing H-1B visa holders to issue permission to enter the US on certain conditions.
