Husband pushed wife in canal in the pretext of taking a selfie

Hisar: A shocking case has come to light in Madanpur village under Narnaund police station area of Hisar district of Haryana, where a woman has accused her husband of pushing her into the canal. The woman told the police in a complaint that her husband took her close to the canal on the pretext of taking a selfie and pushed her. However, during this time, the other person present there jumped into the canal and saved her life.

Criminal ran away by dodging police, brought to court for hearing

The victim is a resident of Madanpura area of Delhi, who was married to Amit in the Jind district of Haryana in 2018. Her husband brought her with him to the temple. Her husband, after coming back after bowing at the temple, stopped the bike on the bridge of Hisar branch of Bhakra canal and asked to take a selfie. He asked his wife to stand up close to the canal and take a photo. Then suddenly he tried to kill his wife and pushed her into the canal. After pushing the wife, the accused husband was relieved from there. However, a person passing by saved her life. After this, the victim reached the police station to complain against her husband.
