NEW DELHI: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh told the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday that a high-level probe into the "accidental" firing of a missile that landed in Pakistani territory on March 9 had been ordered. "The Defence Ministry has taken the matter seriously, and once the high-level investigative team publishes its report, the actual reasons for it will be revealed," Singh added.
