Honda Cars India has officially launched the third generation of the Honda Amaze, marking its global debut in India. This model is the first to be launched worldwide, with India being a crucial market for Honda. The all-new Amaze is priced between Rs 7,99,900 and Rs 10,89,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi), with the introductory prices valid for the first 45 days after launch. A standout feature of the new Amaze is the inclusion of Honda SENSING, the brand's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). This makes the Amaze the most affordable car in India to come equipped with ADAS. This new model is the third iteration since the Amaze first launched in 2013, with the second generation arriving in 2018. The Amaze has proven to be a popular choice for Indian buyers, with over 580,000 units sold, making up 40% of Honda's total sales in India. The 2024 Amaze is available in three variants: V, VX, and ZX. The ZX variant comes equipped with the ADAS system. It offers two transmission options: a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic. Fuel efficiency is rated at 18.65 kmpl for the manual and 19.46 kmpl for the CVT version. For those wanting additional features, customers can opt for accessories like TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) or a DVR from Honda’s accessory lineup. Safety Features The 2024 Honda Amaze prioritizes safety, aligning with Honda’s global safety standards. The car is equipped with over 28 active and passive safety features.
