Recipe: Know how to make Cabbage Rava Upama

Eating cabbage Rava Upma in breakfast is very beneficial for women in pregnancy. It contains both proteins and vitamins. Cabbage contains folate, which is essential in pregnancy.

Ingredients - 2 cups roasted Rava, 1/2 tsp rye, a little cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp urad and chana dal, dried red chilli, curry leaves, 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, ginger-garlic paste a little, a little cashew nuts, two teaspoons oil, salt for taste

Method - Heat the oil in the pan and add rye and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves, urad dal, red chilli and chana dal and fry them. Add ginger-garlic paste when roasted. Add finely chopped cabbage and fry. When roasted, add cashew nuts and cover the mixture with a little water and cover it with a plate. Boil and pour Rava. Add salt together. Cook the recipe for about 15 minutes on light heat. The Upma is ready.
