Corona's cheapest drug in Indian market, costs only Rs. 33

New Delhi: Medicine 'Favilo', a medicine made from favipiravir drug used in the treatment of corona virus-infected patients, has been launched by Hyderabad-based generic pharma company MSN Group. It has been launched in the market as the cheapest drug of Corona. Favilo is the cheapest medicine for Corona available in the market.

A tablet of its 200 Mg Favipiravir has been prescribed for Rs 33. The company is also planning to launch 400 MG tablets soon. It is noteworthy that even before this, MSN group antiviral drug oseltamivir for corona infected patients has been launched in the market called Oslo which is a 75mg tablet. These medicines are given to corona infected patients with mild symptoms and moderate symptoms.

Let me tell you that Favipiravir Drug, which brought Favilo, has been produced on a large scale by Japanese company Fujifilm Holding Corp. This company launched this drug in the market under the name of Avigan. Let me tell you that this drug has been used in the treatment of influenza since 2014.
