New Delhi: There has been a long tussle between India and Pakistan over the treasure of the 7th Nizam of Hyderabad. This case is going on in the British court. Pakistan has received a setback from the British court in this case. Hyderabad Fund case Indian lawyer Harish Salve said that historians would be interested in publicly acknowledging in Pakistan that it was supplying arms. Senior counsel told the media after the court's decision that historians were interested in giving Pakistan an open approval that they were supplying arms. And to whom they could supply, apparently to the Razakars in India. The British court admitted that there was evidence of Pakistan supplying arms to Hyderabad. At the same time, the court has ruled to give about 306 crores rupees of Hyderabad's Nizam to India. The British court rejected the claims of Pakistan and said that 306 crore rupees of Nizam should be given to India. The court stated clearly that this money amount is the right of the Nizam's heirs and India. In its ruling, the UK High Court rejected Pakistan's claim that the fund was intended as payment for arms shipments or as an outlier gift. The court pronounced the judgment saying that the grandson of the 7th Nizam of Hyderabad and India are entitled to this money. Let us tell you that the merger of the princely state of Hyderabad with India at the time of Partition was very struggling.
