Hyderabad: Two citizens hang themselves due to this reason

Cases of suicide are rising day by day in Hyderabad. Two persons ended their lives in separate cases in the city on Saturday. An auto-rickshaw driver Mohd Feroz (30) a resident of Jubilee hills hanged himself to death at his house early on Saturday. According to the police, Feroz lived along with his family at Rahmathnagar under Jubilee Hills police station limits and earned his livelihood by driving an auto-rickshaw.

“A few months ago Feroz had sustained injuries in a road accident and since then was not able to go to work regularly. The family members told us that as the finances for the family dwindled he slipped into depression,” said the Jubilee Hills police. A case under Section 174 of CrPC was registered by the police and investigation taken up. In another case, a carpenter died after consuming poisonous substances on Saturday.

B Raju (48) a resident of Jangammet under Chatrinaka police station limits was facing financial issues. The family members suspect that due to the financial problems he might have consumed some poisonous substances and ended his life. A case is registered by the police and investigation taken up.
