'This is not my money,' Partha's big disclosure on the money found at Arpita's house

Kolkata: New revelations are being made in the teacher recruitment scam in West Bengal. Former cabinet minister and suspended leader of Trinamool Congress Partha Chatterjee has said a big deal about the seized crores of rupees. He has said that the money seized by the Enforcement Directorate is not his. He cited his ill health.

Responding to the question of journalists, Partha Chatterjee said, 'This is not his money. I am ill. I have nothing to do with this money.' When Partha Chatterjee was brought to ESI Hospital for a checkup, in response to the question of reporters, Partha Chatterjee said that who conspired against him, everything will be known when the time comes. He also told about his ill-health and in the last question when he was asked about money, Partha Chatterjee told that the money is not his.

Earlier, Parth had said during interrogation that everyone, including the top leadership in the party, was aware of the money collected from ineligible candidates for getting jobs as school teachers. According to an investigator, Partha Chatterjee started speaking after he lost his ministerial post and was suspended from the party. An officer said, “He claimed that he was only a custodian. He claimed that he never asked for any money nor accepted anything from the candidates. There was a party dictate and he was following orders.'' He had to sign documents prepared by others. The money was also collected by others and sent to him. He was instructed to keep the money safe. Later hundreds of crores were taken for the use of the 'party'. Only a fraction of the amount has been recovered. This is what he has disclosed so far.
