ICC Unveils Vibrant Logos for 2024 Men's and Women's T20 World Cups

ICC has unveiled a new logo for the upcoming 2024 Men's and Women's T20 World Cup tournaments. The reveal of a new logo for these flagship events was made by the International Cricket Council on Thursday, showcasing a vibrant blend of bat, ball, and dynamism. This emblem embodies the essence of the marquee tournament, vividly capturing the excitement and essence of T20 cricket.

In addition to the revamped logo for the Men's T20 World Cup, the ICC also introduced a new logo for the Women's T20 World Cup. Scheduled for October-November 2024 in Bangladesh for women and June in the West Indies and USA for men, these events are primed to set the cricketing stage on fire. While the exact dates and fixtures are yet to be finalized, the ICC has initiated preparations for both mega-events.

Claire Furlong, ICC's General Manager of Marketing and Communications, emphasized that the T20 World Cups promise enthralling cricket action. Furlong encouraged fans to register their interest to stay updated on all World Cup developments. "The ICC Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups promise to deliver an electrifying and edge-of-your-seat experience to cricket fans globally, and we hope the new visual identity reflects that vision and energy."

The new logo, according to the ICC, encapsulates the thrill and excitement of T20 cricket, embracing the intensity inherent in this format. The design incorporates textures and patterns inspired by the host countries, exuding the vigor of the shortest format.
