Ingredients for making tamarind and date palm chutney- 

Seedless tamarind: 50 grams Seedless dates: 50 grams Water: 2 cups (200 grams) Jaggery: 50 grams Fennel powder: 1/2 tsp Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp Ginger powder: 1/2 tsp Red chili powder: 1 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp (as per taste)

Method of making tamarind and palm chutney - First of all, put a pan on the gas and put the tamarim, dates and jaggery in it. Then add 2 cups (200 grams) of water to it. Mix it  well and then cook it for 10 minutes. After this, add fennel powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, red chilli powder, and salt and mix. Then cook it on a low flame for 5 minutes.  After that, mash the dates and tamarind on the gas. Now turn off the gas and leave it to cool. After cooling down, grind it in a blender or mixer and make it a paste. Now drain it with a sieve. Now put the chutney in a glass vessel and eat for months.
