In 10 easy steps make Badam Ka Halwa at home

Ingredients:

1 cup almond 1/2 cup ghee 3/4 cup milk 1 table-spoon wheat flour 3/4 cup sugar saffron 1/2 t-spoon cardamom powder 

To decorate:  2 tablespoon chopped almonds

Method: 

1. In a deep bowl, add enough water to almonds, soak it for 8 hours. Filter and remove the scales and put them aside.

2. Grind almond without using water or milk into a mixer and make a paste. Put aside one. 

3. Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, put almonds paste and mix well and cook for 7 minutes on medium flame, stirring in between. 

4. Simultaneously, add milk and 1/2 cup water to an another deep pan and boil for 3 to 4 minutes. 

5. Add wheat flour in a mixture of almonds and mix well and cook on medium flame, stirring continuously for 2 minutes. 

6. Mix a mixture of milk-water into it and mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. 

7. Add sugar and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 

8. Mix saffron and cook on medium flame, stirring continuously for 1 minute.

9. Stir well, add cardamom powder. 

10. Serve in a plate after decorating with chopped almonds.
