ADEN: A landmine explosion in Yemen's northwestern region of Hajjah killed at least 10 soldiers from pro-government Yemeni forces, according to a local military source. "A landmine laid by the Houthi rebels in Hajjah's vital region of Haradh near Saudi Arabia's border exploded, killing at least 10 pro-government soldiers," the source added on condition of anonymity. According to state news report, the bomb destroyed a military vehicle belonging to pro-government forces on the scene, and the Houthi rebels laid hundreds of landmines in the vicinity to stymie government forces' advance.
