IT raids at SP MLC Pushpraj's house, recently got 177 crore cash from Piyush Jain's house

Kannauj: From the house of Uttar Pradesh's perfume trader and Samajwadi Party (SP) MLC Pushpraj Jain 'Pumpy' to the office, the Income Tax Department has raided. Pushpraj Jain's name had also come into the discussion after tightening the noose on Piyush Jain, meanwhile, today the Income Tax Department team has raided his residence and other places in Kannauj.

This raid on Pushpraj Jain has come at a time when SP President Akhilesh Yadav himself is present in Kannauj. SP has reacted sharply to Pushraj Jain's IT raid, saying that the public is watching everything, it will answer by vote. The SP tweeted from its official Twitter handle and wrote that 'After the immense failure of the last time, this time the Income Tax Department, the ultimate ally of the BJP, finally raided the place of SP MLC Pushpraj Jain and other perfume traders of Kannauj. Openly misuse of central agencies by the scared BJP is common in UP elections. People are watching everything, they will answer by vote.'

Both Piyush Jain and Pushpraj Jain live on Jain Street of Kannauj. Reports suggest that the houses of both are situated at a distance of about 200 meters. However, Piyush Jain's neighbours have also denied any relationship between him and SP MLC Pushpraj Jain. More than Rs 177 crore in cash has been recovered in the raids of Piyush's house.
