Test series: Team India is unbeaten against New Zealand at home for 66 years

New Delhi: After a disappointing T20 World Cup performance, the Indian team defeated New Zealand 3-0 in the home series. After a clean sweep of the T20 series, it is now the turn of the Test series, which begins on November 25. The first Test of the two Tests will be played in Kanpur. If we talk about the Test series, India's record against New Zealand is very impressive. So far (1955/56-2021) 22 Test series have been played between the two, out of which India have won 11, while the Kiwis have won 7 and 4 series is drawn.

On the other hand, when it comes to home ground, Team India is unbeaten so far in the Test series against New Zealand. In 66 years, India has not lost a single Test series against the Kiwis on home ground. India has played 11 series against the Keys at home so far, winning 9 series, while 2 series ended in a draw. Interestingly, India has won the last three series against the Keys on home ground.

Coming to overall Test matches, 60 Test matches have been played between India and New Zealand so far (1955-2021). India won 21, while New Zealand won 13. 26 Tests remained drawn. New Zealand has played 34 Tests on the tour of India so far (1955-2016), winning only 2. India won 16, while 16 were drawn.
