Ind Vs Eng: IND look for early wickets, KL Rahul included as an opener

New Delhi: The five-match Test series between India and hosts England has begun. The first Test of the series is scheduled to be played at Trent Bridge ground in Nottingham. England has won the first toss and elected to bat first.  The match is the first of the new cycle of the World Test Championships (WTC). With this match, runners-up India and England will start their new campaign.

Team India would like to forget the loss of test cricket in the final of the World Test Championship and start the new WTC cycle with a win. On the other hand, the England team will be talking about taking revenge on India. At the same time, the hosts will be aware that they could not reach the final of the ICC World Test Championship after losing to Team India. The match is expected to be a thorn in the arm.
