Has corona community transition begun in India? IMA responded

New Delhi: A statement was recently released by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) chairman, Dr. VK Monga, about the spread of Corona virus across the country. In this statement, he said that "Corona virus cases are increasing very fast. More than 30,000 cases of Corona are being filed every day and the situation is very bad. He said that now the coronavirus has reached the stage of community transmission.

After this, on Monday, the IMA has issued a statement. In its statement, the IMA has clarified that the statement on community transmission allegedly was not issued by IMA headquarters but was a personal opinion of the person. In its statement, IMA has clarified that crowdsourcing data cannot be changed with authentic data. The IMA believes that all efforts are being made by public health officials and physicians to fight the coronavirus and by all means to prevent it from spreading.

According to the IMA, the data shows that the epidemic is mainly spread in metros and rural areas are largely protected. Let us tell you that till Monday morning the total number of corona virus infection in the country has reached 11,18,043. In the last 24 hours, 40,425 new cases of corona have been registered.
