The outbreak of floods in some states has increased the problems of the people. About 40 lakh people have been affected by the floods in Assam and Bihar. Millions of people have become homeless. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday in many states including Delhi-NCR. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain in Delhi-NCR on Monday. After this, there may be heavy rain in northwest India including Delhi-NCR on Tuesday and Wednesday. According to Skymet Weather report, moderate rains may occur over West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Gujarat, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra within the next 24 hours. Heavy rain may also occur in many areas of Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Kerala. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) says that due to rain, people will definitely get relief from the humid heat and the temperature may also fall.
