General Assembly of United Nations introduced the World Happiness Day, during 2012, and the day was celebrated first time on 20th of March, 2013. The main goal is to spread happiness all over the world through the means of seminars and educational tips. Happiness is the treatment for all the toxic problems, either its stress or depression. Doctors advise diseased people to stay happy and stress-free, as it will boost their immune system and cure their disease easily. The idea to celebrate happiness day was originated from the Kingdom of Bhutan, people of Bhutan were considered to be the happiest people in the world, as they never lose hope and lived their life with the holistic approach. Celebrating Happiness day once a year as a formality is nothing to do with. Happiness is children playing in a merry around you, your mumma smiles seeing your hard work, your dad finds the huge potential in you, your friends and colleagues have a faith on you, and at the top of these, all your own confidence and will power. According to me, rather than celebrating Happiness Day once a year and then again getting back to your ruckus schedule, we should happy whole year and then celebrate this day as a grand for the yearly happiness and grace. You are a busy person, you need to attend meetings, you need to plan schedules, you need to travel for the cause of your business, then when do you plan for your happiness? Do simple and small things in your daily life to make yourself happy and healthy. One smile in an area can induce thousands of smiles. Yes, it's all about happiness, not for others but for yourself! One deed every day to induce the smile on someone else's face: When you see a smile on someone's face you heartedly feel happy for their happiness. helping others is the best way to satisfy your own will, as it not only induces the smile on your face but also gives you a satisfaction. Do, what you really think is correct: We spent whole childhood listening to our mom and dad, relatives, friends but now, it's upon you, it's your life, how you feel happy you can step into the path, on which your mind says to move. Forgive yourself for every wrong deed and have a refreshing start: We had done many mistakes, and our misdeeds are the cause of our mental clinginess to the stress. Just remember, what happen was the thing of past, it is present and now its on your hand how you can successfully achieve your aim, learning through the mistakes. Avoid every toxic thing, either it is a drug or human: Negative people and doping products are not good for your life, as they make you blind and pull you on the wrong road. So, keep the apt distance from both the things. No more skipping meals: When you skip your meal, you feel aggravated, which deprives your mood and resist your concentrations from your work. So, keep your stomach healthy and be happy. Whatever happens, just breathe: No matter how hard situation you are facing, just breathe peacefully and thousands of solution will fly in your brain. No problems, no sadness! These all tricks will make you happy, the whole day, whole year, whole life. So follow the tips and enjoy the whole year as a 'Day of Happiness'.
