Patna: The Tamil Nadu Police has imposed the National Security Act (NSA) on Manish Kashyap, a YouTube journalist from Bihar. This action of the Tamil Nadu police is being opposed in many places in Bihar. Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Shalabhamani Tripathi has targeted Bihar CM Nitish Kumar regarding this. After NSA was imposed on Manish Kashyap, Tripathi wrote in a tweet, 'Ishrat Jahan of Lashkar was the daughter of Bihar, and Manish Kashyap, who feeds on YouTube, is a terrorist of Bihar. Wow, Nitish ji.' Manish Kashyap surrendered after the controversy over the reporting of the alleged attack on labourers from Bihar in Tamil Nadu. He was later taken with them on transit remand by the Tamil Nadu Police. The Ishrat Jahan mentioned by Tripathi in his tweet was a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar raised questions on the famous Ishrat Jahan encounter in Gujarat. Nitish had allegedly called Ishrat, the daughter of Bihar, and demanded an inquiry into the encounter. However, later, Nitish Kumar retracted his statement and said that the media distorted his point of view. It has been told in some reports that in the year 2013, former Rajya Sabha member Ali Anwar also called Ishrat the daughter of Bihar. At that time, Ali Anwar was in Nitish's party, JDU. Not only this, but RJD supremo Lalu Yadav's elder son Tej Pratap also supported Nitish Kumar and called Ishrat the daughter of Bihar. Ishrat Jahan was a terrorist. Let me tell you that Ishrat Jahan was killed by the Gujarat Police during an encounter in 2004. Ishrat's accomplices Javed Shaikh alias Pragnesh Pillai, Amjad Ali, Akbar Ali Rana, and Zeeshan Johar were also killed in the encounter. After the question was raised about this encounter, it was investigated by many agencies. In March 2021, the court justified the encounter, considering Ishrat Jahan a terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba. On the other hand, Manish Kashyap has approached the Supreme Court for regular bail. He has requested to merge all the cases registered against him in Bihar and Tamil Nadu. Manish's plea was heard by a bench headed by Chief Justice (CJI) DY Chandrachud on Thursday, April 6. The next hearing on the matter will be held on April 10. Earlier, the Madurai court had sent Manish to judicial custody until April 19, 2023. The snake entered through the private part! The doctors were also surprised.
