British comedian Jack Whitehall is set to bring festive cheer to Amazon Prime Video with his upcoming Christmas special, Jack in Time for Christmas, launching worldwide in December. The show, produced by Workerbee and Whitehall's Jackpot Productions, promises to be a blend of scripted comedy and unscripted adventure. In the special, Whitehall finds himself stranded in the U.S. just four days before Christmas, and must race against time to return to the U.K. His journey, filled with planes, trains, huskies, and bobsleighs, is packed with chaotic holiday fun. Along the way, an array of famous faces, including Michael Bublé, Dave Bautista, Rebel Wilson, Jimmy Fallon, Daisy May Cooper, and Tom Davies, either help or hinder his attempt to make it home for the holidays. Prime Video unveiled the special during an event in London, which also highlighted upcoming comedy projects. These include a global release of Kaleb Cooper’s one-off special, The World According to Kaleb, set for November 29, and Last One Laughing UK, a 2025 comedy series featuring well-known British comedians like Bob Mortimer, Joe Lycett, and Sara Pascoe. The festive special, Jack in Time for Christmas, combines Whitehall's signature humor with a unique travelogue format, taking viewers on a whirlwind adventure through the U.S. as he tries to overcome a series of holiday mishaps. From snowy landscapes to bustling airports, Whitehall’s journey captures the essence of Christmas chaos, making it a perfect holiday watch. With appearances from well-loved celebrities and a storyline that blends scripted and spontaneous moments, the special promises laughter, unexpected twists, and heartwarming holiday moments as Whitehall races to reunite with his family in time for Christmas.
