Ranchi: Police have arrested two criminals who shot dead the officer Subhash Lakhard in the Mukchund group under Chutia area of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. The police have been made to the rest of Hazaribagh. The pistol and scooty used in the incident have also been recovered from the culprits.
