Ranchi:  A surprising case has come to light in Jharkhand. It is alleged that a person murdered his wife first and then reached to perform her last rites as well. When the local people got suspicious, they started an uproar, and then the matter reached the police. Meanwhile, the accused absconded. The police have taken the body and taken it to the hospital for postmortem

It is being told that this woman was the second wife of the accused, while the death of the first wife also happened under mysterious circumstances. Even now, the accused escaped even before the police arrived. According to the information, in the Hariharganj police station area of ​​Palamu district of Jharkhand, a man allegedly killed his wife along with his partner's help by strangulating her. After, he reached Aurangabad, Bihar with the corpse and made preparations for the last rites. He was about to start preparing to burn the corpse that the local people suspected him. When the questioning started with him, he escaped after fearing that the case might open. The police were informed and after that, his maternal uncle was also called.

The family said that the woman was married 18 years ago and had two children. The police are now investigating the case and the concerned area police have also been informed. Meanwhile, police are said to have questioned several families. Police teams have been engaged in the search of the accused.
