Accused of burning house of MP Rita Bahuguna quits BSP, joins BJP

Lucknow: Political turmoil in the country has increased considerably over the past few years, while the country's largest state, UP, has undergone a major change ahead of assembly elections. Former MLA Jitendra Singh Babloo has quit BSP and joined BJP. Jitendra Singh Babloo's arrival in the BJP is in the news because he is a criminal in the burning of Rita Bahuguna Joshi's house.

For your information, Jitendra Kumar had earlier served as a BSP MLA from Bijapur (District Ayodhya). Besides Jitendra Kumar Singh, two BSP leaders, one Congress leader, and BJP today joined the BJP. It was informed by BJP that Pankaj Mohan Sonkar (Congress), Shyam Shankar Tiwari, Manoj Sharma (BSP), Pravesh Singh (BSP), and Bina Lavanya (Social Worker) also joined BJP.

This case of arson is from 2009. Rita Bahuguna Joshi used to be the State Congress President then. At that time, the names of former BSP MLA Jitendra Singh Babloo and BSP leader Aadra Ahmed Abdi alias Bobby were revealed in the 2009 arson during the BSP regime.
