If elected, will stand with India in confronting threats facing it: Joe Biden

The presidential election in America is going to happen soon. Democratic candidate for the post, Joe Biden, has said that if he wins the election, his administration will stand by him in dealing with the threats facing India. Biden has spoken of strengthening relations between India and America.

Let us tell you that he was the Vice President in the previous Obama administration, Biden, while addressing the Indian-American community on India's Independence Day, told that I was leading the efforts to approve the historic civil nuclear agreement with India 15 years ago. I told that if India and America become close friends and allies, then the world will be more secure. Biden said that if he wins the election, then he will stand with him to deal with the threats that India is facing on its territory and on its borders. He told that he will work on increasing trade between the two countries and tackling big global challenges like climate change and global health security.

Biden said that if he is elected president, he will work to strengthen the democracies whose power is their diversity. He said that on this occasion, "Let's strengthen the relationship between our countries and people". Biden said that I will continue to trust the Indian-American community as President. This community keeps the two countries connected. He said that members of my constituency in Delaware and my staff in the Senate were a large number of Indian-Americans.
