The option of lockdown was adopted in many countries around the world to curb the corona. Now a research scientist has claimed that due to this lockdown, obesity can take the form of epidemic. Research has said that people can also suffer from emotional stress and financial anxiety due to lockdown. In such a situation, researchers have advised people to adopt socio-economic security measures and increase community support.

Researchers at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, who were involved in the research, said that a lockdown to combat corona was causing psychological and social insecurity. This can make them obese. The findings of the study, published in the journal Nature Review Endocrinology, stated that to keep people healthy and safe from the corono epidemic, there is also a need to keep the digestive process healthy. Researchers also believe that during this period of epidemic, there is a need to research obesity, so that people can be given the right opinion to deal with it.

In addition, Christopher Clemensen, working at the University of Copenhagen and co-author of the research, said, "We are concerned that policymakers are not fully understanding that measures such as lockdown and closure of business are leading to obesity." How can it be the reason? It is worth noting that this is a serious disease and there are limited reliable measures to treat it. Therefore it is important that people be made aware of it. In research, Clemensen and his team have told how plans to overcome corona can increase the rate of obesity.
