As long as the masala is roasted, then roast the spices in between and prepare them, the oil has started separating from the spices, the masala has been roasted. Add 1 cup of water to the roasted spices, add salt, garam masala and a little green coriander and mix. After the gravy comes to a boil, add roasted makhane and cashews and mix, cover the vegetable and let it cook on slow gas for 3-4 minutes. Makhana cashew curry vegetable is ready, very good vegetable is made, take it out in a bowl and garnish the vegetable by adding green coriander or cream on top. Serve and eat Makhana cashew curry with chapatti, paranthas, poori or rice.
