Kangana Ranaut does not know ground reality' Line producer Dilip Borkar reacts to actress's tweet

Last week, a crew from Karan Johar's Dharma Productions went to a village in Goa to shoot. There he dumped PPE and other garbage without separating it, which is still being debated. Kangana Ranaut also tweeted about the matter. In a tweet she wrote that by throwing such waste carelessly, the environment is damaged.' Now in this case, Goa producer Dilip Borkar says, "National award-winning actress does not know the ground reality." Borkar held a press conference in Panaji on Wednesday.

He said, "Kangana Ranaut does not know anything about it. She is spoiling the name of Goa. Efforts are being made to discredit us. Probably because Dharma Productions or Karan Johar's name is included in it. " Apart from this, he said, 'This film of Dharma Production starring Deepika Padukone was being shot in a villa in a village on the seashore of Nerul in North Goa and the garbage was dumped daily at the place as indicated by the local gram panchayat. ' Further Borkar went on to say, “Every day a local contractor appointed by the Gram Panchayat used to throw this garbage. He could not do it only on Sunday, whose pictures went viral. "

What was the matter- In fact, a video of the crew of film production indiscriminately throwing garbage bags went viral on social media. After the controversy erupted, Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), the government agency that oversees the rules related to the shooting of the film, sent a show cause notice to Borkar. This sent notice stated that 'norms were not followed while throwing non-biodegradable waste'. This waste also included PPE kits used during the shooting of the film.
