Kriti Kharbanda is a Hindi movie actress who works mainly in Kannada and Telugu films. She made her acting debut as a model with the Telugu movie Boney (2009). After which she became one of the top actresses in Kannada. She has recently made her debut in Tamil and Hindi movie industries. Kriti appeared with Rajkummar Rao in the movie Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana. She then appeared in the film 'Guest in London' in the lead role with Kartik Aaryan.
Kriti Kharbanda was born in New Delhi to Ashwani Kharbanda and Rajni Kharbanda Family. She has a younger sister Ishita Kharbanda and a younger brother Jayawardhan Kharbanda, who is the co-founder of Paper Plain Productions. She moved to Bengaluru with her family in the early 1990s. After completing her high school at Baldwin Girls High School, she completed her studies at Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College before graduating from Sri Bhagwan Mahavir Jain College.
According to media reports, she was very active in cultural activities between school and college. As a child, she also appeared in numerous commercials and she still does modelling in school/college, stating that she always liked TV commercials during her college days, her major modelling campaign was for Bhima Jewelers and Fair & Lovely.
