In this film, she is to appear with Celine Dion, who has won Grammy Awards 5 times. Priyanka's new movie is currently named 'Text for You'. The film is being spoken inspired by the German movie 'SMS for ditch' released in 2016. Priyanka's responsibility of directing this movie has been entrusted to Jim Strauss, who made films like 'Grace is Gone'. The story of the film is about a woman who suddenly loses her fiance. To ease her pain, the woman continues to send some romantic messages to her fiance's old phone number.
According to the story, during this time, the number on which this woman is sending messages has been received by another man. On the other hand, that man is also struggling with some similar problem. The two understand each other's troubles and start meeting but, he has trouble forgetting his past. According to the story of the film 'Text for You', it will be the music of Celine Dion, who is going to rekindle the consciousness of love within these two. Priyanka has shared the happiness of this film on her social media account.
Priyanka wrote on Twitter, 'So excited to kick start this amazing movie with such incredible people! Jim Strouse, Sam Heughan, Celine Dion. It’s my honour. Let’s gooooo! ' The list of Priyanka's proposed projects is also quite long and all projects are foreign. She has reached a great deal with Amazon, under which she is working on projects like 'Citadel', 'Sangeet' and 'Sheela'. 'Citadel' is a thriller series featuring Richard Madden with Priyanka. It is being produced by Russo Brothers. 'Sheela' will be the biopic of Osho's controversial associate mother Anand Sheela where 'Sangeet' will be a reality series which will showcase pre-wedding music festivals.
Priyanka has also revealed the first look of her film 'The White Tiger'. Directed by Ramin Bahrani, the film stars Rajkumar Rao in the lead role along with her. Apart from this, she will also appear in the superhero movie 'We Can Be Heroes', directed by Robert Rodriguez. All these shows are only for release on OTT. Priyanka's name has been associated with the fourth part of Keanu Reeves' famous franchise 'Matrix' in theatres to be released. A romantic comedy movie made under the banner of Universal Pictures is also in Priyanka's account. The film will be directed by Mindy Kaling which will be directed by Dan Goor.
