Mumbai: Fans of Suriya and Bobby Deol will have to wait a bit longer for the release of the much-anticipated film Kanguva. The film's release date has been postponed from October 10 to November 14. The update was announced on the film's official Instagram account, where a new poster was shared along with the revised release date. The caption read, "The Battle of Pride and Glory, for the World to Witness. #Kanguva's mighty reign storms screens from 14-11-24. #KanguvaFromNov14." The makers recently released an intriguing trailer that begins with an elderly woman saying, "Many mysteries lie scattered in this Island we live in..." The trailer showcases Suriya and Bobby Deol as leaders of rival tribes, hinting at a dramatic showdown between their characters. Towards the end, a blurred image of a tribal man on horseback approaching Suriya is visible, with fans speculating that Karthi makes a brief appearance. Directed by Siva and produced by Studio Green, Kanguva is set 1,500 years in the past and features a star-studded cast including Suriya, Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, and Ananda. The film, which has an estimated budget of over Rs 350 crore, was shot across seven countries and various locations in India. Fans can look forward to the film’s new release date on November 14.
