Kanpur Train Derailment: Planned and Funded by Dubai based anti-India elements

In November 21, 150 passengers lost their life in train derailment that occured in Kanpur. On Tuesday, the police of Bihar’s East Champaran district has disclosed that the derailment was likely to be planned and funded by Dubai's anti-India elements.

Jitendra Rana, SP of East Champaran as per the report said “The recovery of an improvised explosive device on on Raxaul-Sitamarhi route near Ghorasahan railway station on October 1, which disrupted train services for more than 12 hours, was funded by a Dubai-based trader from Nepal named Shamshul Hoda”.

He further said that “There is a possibility that the derailment of Indore-Patna Express and the Shealdah-Ajmer Express were also carried out by these people. Efforts are on to find out more details from the ongoing interrogation”.

The Police is also taking help of Intelligence agencies to know more about the matter.
