New Delhi: After being a loyalist of the Gandhi family for years, MP Kapil Sibal, who left the Congress with the help of the Samajwadi Party (SP), targeted the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday. Sibal has said that the 'caged parrot' has become free. He has also attacked the central government over the CBI's action. Sibal's pain is over the CBI raid on Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's residence on Friday over corruption in the Delhi Excise Policy case. Sibal tweeted, "CBI, once a caged parrot, is now free.'' He alleged that its wings have become "saffron". Sibal has also described the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as the wing of the CBI. He wrote in his tweet, 'What its (CBI) owner says, the parrot does. On Friday too, Sibal had questioned the action taken against AAP leaders.' The CBI raids at Sisodia's residence on Friday continued till late evening. After the raid, Sisodia said that the investigating agency has seized his computer and mobile phone. At the same time, after the CBI raid, Sisodia said in a press conference on Saturday that I will be arrested in 3-4 days.
