BS Yediyurappa to visit BJP top leaders on first week of October

Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa is palnning to meet BJP top leaders in Delhi this weekend to finalise the ministerial expansion. The sources said CM will stay in Delhi for three or four days and finalise the expansion.

Kannada Culture Minister CT Ravi, lifted up to the part work as BJP national secretary, might quit the ministry after cabinet’s meeting on Thursday. With this six slots available in the cabinet.

Sources said BJP national president JP Nadda asked Yedurappa to come to Delhi but are not clear whether the meeting is about long-delyaed ministry expansion or to find a successor for Yedurappa.

It is said, CM, 78 year old was asked to step down after an year. BJP brass has made up their plans for a graceful exit by offering a gubernational post in a prominent state.

CM, on a reply to a question about cabinet expansion said he is leaving to Delhi on the first week of October to discuss about it with BJP leaders. Yedurappa is confident about getting ap[proval for expansion after his meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
