Kerala women will create history, will handle these important responsibilities

Thiruvananthapuram: The women of the 21st century are on fresh skies. Women are writing new stories of success out of the four walls of the house to increase the honor of the country in the world. Women of Kerala are going to create a new history of women empowerment on the occasion of International Women's Day. DGP Loknath Behera of Kerala has issued a directive to all Police Chiefs (SHOs) of the district to hand over their duties to women policemen on 8 March.

On the day of March 8, most police stations will be operated by women police personnel. On the other hand, in police stations where there is no female SHO, senior police officers will do their duty. It is written in the instructions that only the woman SHO will understand the problems of the people and will investigate themselves. On the occasion of International Women's Day, women commandos have been deployed in place of male commandos under the protection of the Chief Minister of the state.

With this, Minister of State KK Shelja has told that for the first time on the occasion of International Women's Day, trains will be run by women. On March 8, the Venad Express will be operated by a female train driver. All the work from gatekeeper to loco pilot will be done by women. Even at the ticket booking counter, inquiry center, there will be women.
