Kesari, featuring Akshay Kumar as the main protagonist, is having a decent run at the box-office. The film, however, slowed down on Tuesday as it managed to collect not more than Rs 7.17 crore. The drop from Monday, when it had earned Rs 8.25 crore, is over 13 per cent, which suggests that it is losing its grip at ticket windows. After a six-day run in cinemas, its total collection stands at Rs 93.49 crore. According to movie critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Kesari is performing well in North circuits, the part of country where Akshay enjoys a huge fan following. In a tweet posted on Wednesday afternoon, he said that the film might gain entry into the Rs 100 crore-club on Wednesday or Thursday. His summing up of the business of Kesari here: #Kesari slows on Tue... North circuits continue to score and contribute to the total... Should cross ₹ 100 cr today/tomorrow...
