New Delhi: After a crushing defeat to India, the West Indies have decided to change the captaincy of the team. Kieron Pollard could possibly be appointed as the new captain for the limited-overs. The ODI and T20 captains Jason Holder and Carlos Brathwaite are set to be discharged after disappointing performances in the ICC World Cup and the recent series played against India. According to a report, Kieron Pollard can be given the responsibility of both formats. In the World Cup, the team lost in the first round itself. At the same time, the captaincy of Holder and Braithwaite is in danger after the recent ODI and T20 series played against India. According to the information, the team will now be in the hands of Pollard in both formats. On Thursday, the CWI Board of Directors proposed the name of the team's all-rounder Pollard for the captaincy.
