Kolkata: In order to prevent those travelling on two-wheelers without helmets, the government has made many rules so far. Even after many rules, people do not obey and travel without a helmet. Keeping this in mind, Kolkata has imposed a new rule of 'no helmet no petrol.' According to recently received information, this rule has been imposed once again in Kolkata. It is being told that this time this rule will be run for 60 days. According to the news, this government rule is going to run from December 8 to February 5. This campaign has been launched so that people are aware of wearing helmets. In this order, Kolkata Police Commissioner Anuj Sharma stated, 'It has been observed that many two-wheeler riders riding without helmets as well as riders sitting without helmets were also seen many incidents. Falls and incidents have increased manifold due to violation of rules. ' For the past few years, the Government has made several changes in the Motor Wheel Act so far to prevent accidents in India. This list has provisions ranging from heavy fines for breaking the rules to RC forfeiture of the vehicle. Earlier, rules have also been issued regarding pollution cards.
