Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna says Gurmeet Choudhary on the second pregnancy

Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee have recently encountered many surprises in their lives. In April, Lianna, their first child, was born. The couple announced their second pregnancy on Instagram four months later. The happy couple is anxiously awaiting the birth of their second child, who will be born 10 months after Lianna.

Being a mother is a wonderful feeling, especially for someone who put motherhood off for a long time and then struggled for almost seven years to accept it, as Debina says. My joy knew no bounds when we found out we would be having a second child. We've always hoped to have two kids.

Gurmeet continues, "Becoming a parent hasn't been simple. Toh chappar phaad kar dete hai, par jab bhagwaan deta hai. We couldn't believe the news when we first heard it. We now have a complete family. The proverb "Hum Do Hamaare Do" was frequently used when I was growing up, and it did happen to us. Uska bhai ya behen mil jaayegi, Lianna. Having a sibling is important, especially if both of your parents’ work. My kids will be playing with each other.

The couple claims that when they learned of the second pregnancy, it surprised them. "Guru (Gurmeet) couldn't believe it," says Debina. We spent almost an hour in denial. Given that we were certain it couldn't happen to us, it truly is a miracle. In addition to the news, I was thrilled to learn that my body had overcome health issues. My Lianna has found her soul mate.

Gurmeet concurs, saying, "To be honest, I could not believe it (laughs!). I wanted to see a doctor because I believed the pregnancy kit to be faulty. I had no idea whether it would be premature to celebrate until that point. Toh achaaknak se kaise, Itne saalon tak aisa kuchh nahi hua. Acchi cheez ko time lagta hai par ho jaati hai.

While they are enjoying this time, the couple has been the target of troll attacks ever since Debina announced their second pregnancy. The actress, who typically ignores trolling, acknowledges that it took her some time to perfect the skill of ignoring toxicity. "There have been remarks that I only want to give birth and that I have no interest in returning to my career or being physically fit," the woman claims. Many people advised against me getting pregnant again so soon. People make snap judgments without even batting an eye. How on earth do they think I'll go to the doctor for an unplanned pregnancy? They are concerned about whether I will have enough time to spend with Lianna. What are they expecting of me? Who better than me to vouch for the fact that it doesn't happen at will?

I can't worry about other people's opinions any longer, she continues. In addition, I don't want to identify with any race as a working mother. After having my second child, I have six months before I can return to work if I want to. I don't have anyone to compete with.

Gurmeet has chosen to respond positively to criticism on social media. Debina and I frequently sing Kuchh toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna, the man says. We are subject to more scrutiny because we are actors and public figures. I deliberately steer clear of any comments that seem even slightly critical and don't delve into the negative ones. Galat cheez padho na hi aapko affect hoga, toh na hi (laughs).
