Telangana: Lal Darwaja Bonalu festival to start from July 19

You must have known that the Corona period is going on these days and its the reason for not celebrating festival with great pomp this time. Talking about Bonalu, the temple committee is still trying hard to celebrate the Bonalu festival among the devotees.

You must know that the Bonalu festival is considered the most important in Telangana. This festival of the old city is celebrated with great pomp every year. At the same time, there are reports that this year will not be as bright as before. This is due to the increasing cases of corona infection. Because of this, the government has banned the worship of mother to devotees this time. With this, only members of the temple committee will be able to participate in the puja.

Let us tell you that in the same sequence, Mr. Akranna, the protector of the Shri Akanna Madanna Temple Committee, has written a letter to the Telangana government asking the devotees to allow the mother to visit the mother. Apart from this, he has assured in his character that he will follow the guidelines of covid-19 during mother's darshan. In this case, so far no satisfactory answer has been given from the government. There is also news that Niranjan has requested permission to celebrate the Bonalu festival like every year. Along with this, he has also filed a petition in the Telangana High Court.
