Latest guidelines have been issued to regularize the Binama

The state government issued action guidelines on Sunday to receive applications and streamline the Sada Binama. Sada Bainama registration of land for rural agricultural lands in Telangana state. It contains executive asset transactions in plain white papers. Even though there is no legal sanctity, transfer of land rights through such transactions is popular in rural Telangana. Millions of poor people who have purchased small farmland through unregistered / plain paper transactions (Sada Bainama) have no degrees in Telangana.

As per the new guidelines of the Government, all applications should be submitted in the prescribed format along with details only through your service centres to regularize the binomials. Each applicant should scan and upload other documentary evidence related to land other than Aadhaar card, Sada Binama form, Purchaser and Seller's Pattadar Passbook Number (if available) and Sada Binama Form. After the application fee is paid, the applicantcan obtain a receipt as proof that they have submitted an online application from your service center.

District collectors have been directed to take personal care and follow the instructions and smoothly complete the process of receiving applications. The government will issue more operational guidelines to the concerned authorities for processing applications.
