Learn how to make Gulnaar Seekh Kabab

Ingredients to make Gulnaar Seekh:

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, some mint leaves, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, half a teaspoon garam masala, half a teaspoon of salt or as per taste, half teaspoon red chilli powder, Half teaspoon amchoor powder,2 cups sprouted whole lentil pulses , 1 teaspoon ginger pieces finely chopped, 1 spoonful of grated paneer, 1 to 2 teaspoons of multigrain flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 to 3 garlic finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped, 1 teaspoon finely chopped bell pepper, onion and tomato, chopped 1 onion rings, 2 teaspoons requiring Cooking Oil.

Method:

First put a little water with lentils, ginger, garlic, green chilies and cumin and make a soft paste. Mix it well and put it apart. Heat oil in a pan. Put pulse in the pan, fry it in a light flame for 4 to 5 minutes. After removal from the gas, mix multi grain flour, paneer, salt, garam masala, red chili powder and mango powder in the dal.

Mix lemon juice in it and mix it well and keep it aside. Put one spoon of oil in the pan to fry the kebab. Make a round ball of the mixture and put in on the seekh. Now fry them in hot oil. Put on finely chopped Onion, Tomato on these kebabs.

Serve it with lemon juice and chopped onions.
