Military man posted in Srinagar died by suicide, shot himself with service rifle

Jammu: Many types of cases are coming out from Jammu. Meanwhile, in Jammu and Kashmir, a military worker shot dead from his service rifle in Panthchok area of Srinagar. Why the military personnel took such a step, the matter is still under investigation. There is certainly no disclosure in any way. The constant investigation is being done by the police. There is currently no explanation for the reasons for doing this. A military man posted in Panthchok shot himself with a service rifle.

Meanwhile, fellow soldiers ran towards him as soon as they heard the sound of firing. On the spot, the military personnel was found soaked with blood. In a hurry, the military personnel was taken to the military hospital where the doctor declared him dead. On the other hand, Police is inspecting the suicide steps taken by the military personnel. The district administration has announced a weekend lockdown from July 24, after 40 cases of COVID-19 were reported in a single day in Jammu city on Sunday. Now every week the lockdown will start from 6 pm on Friday evening, which will continue till 6 am on Monday. There will be a lockdown in the entire district for 60 hours. Traffic will be completely banned during this period.

In view of the fast growing cases, Sushma Chauhan, the DC and District Chairman of Disaster Management in Jammu district, has issued an order to implement the weekend lockdown in the district from July 24. In exercise of the powers under Section 144 of the CrPC, the District Deputy Commissioner has decided to lockdown July 24, Friday from six in the evening to six in the morning. During this period, there will be complete ban on movement of persons, vehicles and all kinds of activities. Only in view of the emergency needs of health, there will be movement. Passengers going to the airport and railway station will be allowed to proceed by showing tickets.
