It is being told that the girl has registered a case against the accused at the Kotwali police station for rape and under the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act. It is being told that this case is of Barwani city. In this case, a girl resident of Dhar district, who works in a cloth shop in Barwani itself, has alleged that she got acquainted with a young man working at the cloth shop.
The accused youth gave his name Aman Solanki. By his name, the girl mistook him as a Hindu. The acquaintance came to know for a few days and after that, the meeting of the young man with the girl started increasing. After some time both of them fell in love and the matter went till marriage. Both were in love with each other for about four to five months. Meanwhile, the girl was also sexually abused by the young man. About a month and a half after being sexually abused, the girl came to know that the young man is a Muslim and his name is Aaqib. After knowing all this, there was a dispute between the young man and the girl regarding this matter.
Since then, the young woman is being intimidated by the young man and is threatening not to tell this to anyone. On Thursday, a case was registered against the young man by reaching the Barwani Kotwali police station. In this case, the police have registered a case against the youth under the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act and Atrocity Act, including Section 376 of the IPC. At present, the accused is absconding and is being searched by the police.
