Madhya Pradesh: Two youths washed away with car while corssing river, dead bodies found

Seoni: In many districts of Madhya Pradesh, rain is raining these days. Due to which many rivers and rivulets of the district are on the rise. In such a situation, two youths, including their XUV 500 car, were swept away in the course of crossing the swollen river in Seoni last night. The bodies of both the youths were recovered on Monday morning after a rescue operation that lasted for hours after the youths were swept away.

According to the information received, one of the youths flowing in the river is also the district president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). With the help of villagers and home guards, the bodies of the two youths have been removed. Weeds have spread in the area after the incident. It is noteworthy that due to torrential rains in Seoni district for the last 24 hours, the Wainganga river was in spate.

When the water was flowing over the slab near village Pusera in Wainganga river, late night Chandrashekhar Sanodia, resident of village Singodi and Jai Sanodia and Deepak Sanodia of Seoni, boarded the vehicle when three youths left for Seoni. There was excessive water flowing over the culvert near Pusera. The Wainganga River was in full swing and Deepak came down from the Sanodia car to watch the river flow, while the rest of the two pushed the car forward, which flowed into the strong current.
