New Delhi: Prices of LPG (PNG) supplied to households through pipelines have been cut in Delhi-Uttar Pradesh. IGL has decided to reduce the price of PNG. Currently, the price of PNG has been reduced by 90 paise per unit in Delhi. Now the price will be Rs 30.10 per SCM. Similarly, in Uttar Pradesh, the price of PNG has been reduced by 40 paise per unit. The new prices will be considered applicable from today. Before that, prices of CNG and PNG were reduced in Mumbai. Public Sector Company Mahanagar Gas Ltd. (MGL) has cut prices of CNG and PMG. This deduction has been implemented with immediate effect. MGL has taken this step after a drastic reduction in the prices of domestically produced gas. Government launches consumer app, know its benefits The company issued a statement saying that "In Mumbai and surrounding areas, the prices of CNG have been reduced by Rs 2.04 per kg and PNG by Rs 1.19 per standard cubic meter (SCM)." However, no information has been given so far by the company regarding the reason for which these cuts have been made in the prices of PNG and CNG, but it is sure that this will give relief to the common man.
